Who we are
S3M Consulting Partners ("S3M", "we", "us") is a procurement consulting firm based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.s3m-consulting.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect, and why
We only collect personal data that you actively submit through the two forms on this site:
- Contact form — your name, company, business email, phone number (optional), the challenge area you select, and your message.
- Consulting request — your name, company, email, phone number (optional), your chosen date and time slot, your topic, and your browser's timezone (so we can schedule sensibly across regions).
We use this information for exactly one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, if you choose to proceed, delivering consulting services to you. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or send marketing emails you did not ask for.
Where your data goes
When you submit a form, your details are processed by a small number of service providers acting on our behalf:
- Resend — delivers your enquiry to our sales inbox and sends you an acknowledgement email.
- Netlify — hosts this website and keeps an archive of form submissions so enquiries are not lost.
- Google reCAPTCHA — protects the forms from automated abuse. Google may process your IP address and browser characteristics to produce a spam score; its use is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms.
- Sentry — error monitoring. If the site malfunctions, technical details of the error are reported so we can fix it. Form field contents are masked in these reports.
What we don't do
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No sale or rental of personal data to anyone.
- No automated decision-making that produces legal effects about you.
Retention
Enquiry emails are retained in our business inbox for as long as needed to manage the relationship, and then deleted in the ordinary course. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and equivalent laws where you are located), you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of the personal data you have given us, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Write to sales@s3m-consulting.com or call +91 80978 61381 and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes to how we use personal data will be notified on this page before they take effect.
